How to Apply for the School of Engineering
To study any of the programs from the School of Engineering mentioned above, here are the steps to take:
Step 1
Register on the AltSchool Africa website, where you will be asked to pay a $20 application fee.
STEP 2
Once your payment is successful, you will receive an email where you will find a home study kit. This kit is what will help you prepare for the entrance/ assessment test.
STEP 3
After taking and passing the assessment, you will be officially admitted into the School of Engineering, where you can begin studying the program of your choice.

What is the Cost of Studying in the School of Engineering?
The cost of studying in the School of Engineering is the same for all programs. And AltSchool Africa offers three flexible payment plans so you can choose what works best for you. They include:
- Monthly Payment: You pay $30 every month as your school fees.
- Quarterly Payment: You pay $80 every three months as your school fees.
- Upfront Payment: You make a one-time payment of $290 as your school fees which covers the WHOLE year.
NOTE: If you choose the upfront payment plan and pay immediately after resumption, you get $70 off your total fee.
